Shipping, pickup, delivery and returns

Pickup

Free. Choose a pickup time at checkout. Most orders are ready in about 20 minutes. Show your order email or give your name at the counter.

Local delivery

$4.99 flat fee for addresses within 5 miles of the bakery, usually in 1 to 2 hours during opening hours. If your address is outside the area, we call you before we charge the delivery.

Shipping (coffee beans)

• Standard: $5.95, 3 to 5 business days. Free on orders over $40.00.
• Priority: $12.95, 1 to 2 business days.
• We ship within 2 days of roasting, to any US address. You get a tracking link by email.
• Fresh food (sandwiches, bread, pastries, drinks) is not shipped.

Sales tax

Sales tax (6%) is added at checkout, so you see the full total before you pay.

Returns and refunds

Fresh food: if something is wrong with your order, call us the same day and we will make it right or refund it. Coffee beans: if you are not happy with a bag, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you, no return shipping needed.
